Chemistry Manufacturing Technician

Location: Church Stretton, United Kingdom; onsite manufacturing role with a full-time day shift schedule.

What you will do

• Prepare, calibrate, and set up production equipment and raw materials.
• Operate and monitor large-scale chemical manufacturing processes.
• Manufacture and process silica and polymeric particle products according to documented procedures.
• Record production activities, material movements, and process deviations accurately.
• Maintain quality, housekeeping, and safety standards in the production environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or relevant laboratory or manufacturing experience.
• Practical, hands-on skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain high quality standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through comprehensive training.
• Previous experience with large-scale chemical processes is advantageous but not essential.
