Production Technician - Enhanced Compounding (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom; onsite production role

Salary: £27,000 per year, plus a shift allowance of £45.35 per week

What you will do

• Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products in line with standard operating procedures.
• Label and dispense products according to exact specifications.
• Operate in cleanrooms, maintain isolator inventory, and validate aseptic techniques.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
• Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
• Work on your feet while wearing specialised cleanroom personal protective equipment and gowns.

Requirements

• GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Compassion and awareness that products are supplied directly to vulnerable patients.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 13:00–21:00.
• Flexibility to work standard day shifts during the initial training period is required.
• GMP knowledge or equivalent hygiene and safety experience is desirable but not essential.
