Senior Product Designer

Location: Fully remote and globally distributed; available to work during European (CET) business hours. Occasional travel for team retreats and workshops may be required.

Salary: €70K–€90K annually, adjusted by location and market.

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup building a collaborative platform for designing and implementing digital products, including API environments.

What you will do

• Own the complete design lifecycle for web and product interfaces, from discovery and concept development through delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Design and prototype user flows, interactions, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces with scalability in mind.
• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Build and evolve a unified design system, component library, and style guide across product and marketing experiences.
• Design landing pages, campaign graphics, interactive components, and motion-based brand experiences.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success, while mentoring teammates and influencing product strategy.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Proven experience planning and conducting UX research and translating findings into product strategy.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of UX and interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, usability, and design systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is useful for collaboration with engineers.
• Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable working 100% remotely during European (CET) business hours.

• JavaScript experience.
• Experience with advanced prototyping, interaction design, motion practices, or coding.
