Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model balancing office and remote work, with structured office attendance for new hires.

Base salary: €65,000–€75,000 gross per year. Total on-target earnings range: €71,000–€82,000 including an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Define user experiences for new and existing product capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customers across multiple agile teams.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Create clear, aesthetically appealing, and consistent solutions to complex product problems.
• Discover customer needs and test early prototypes and released features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows, including Figma Make, code-to-design features, or MCP.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong user-first approach.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English, spoken and written, is required. Online portfolio or work samples are required.

Nice to have

• Technical background or experience designing technical products.
• French language skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design handoff.
