Inventory Control Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Irving, TX). Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Review and evaluate floorplan inventory audit results to identify and communicate high-risk situations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on audit-related data and trends.
• Interface with dealer personnel to clear audit exceptions and support problem account handling.
• Participate in on-site audits and due diligence processes as risk necessitates.
• Evaluate and report on the performance of audit vendors regarding scheduling and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with workout groups to manage liquidations and dealership monitoring.

Requirements

• Understanding of automotive dealership operations and commercial lending with emphasis in captive auto financing.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and dealer workouts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days per week in office in Irving, TX).

Nice to have

• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and integrate them into workflows to improve efficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
