Analyst Sr Lead, Business Systems Analysis (Fintech)

Location: Noida, India. Working hours include coverage of US hours from 3 pm–11 pm IST, with rotating on-call support.

What you will do

• Build and maintain client relationships while understanding business objectives, expectations, and service requirements.
• Evaluate business requirements, estimate effort, recommend standard solutions, and support major initiatives.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications and coordinate requirement sign-off.
• Analyze reporting needs, retrieve and validate data, and deliver reporting solutions using TSYS Analytics, SQL, QMF, and Cognos.
• Maintain client system documentation, identify business-impacting issues, and support troubleshooting.
• Coordinate releases across Service Desk, Compliance, Project, and client activities, including payment-card audits and rotating 24x7 support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Relevant experience with financial-services software, programming, analysis, and issue resolution.
• Advanced experience with IBM tools and SQL.
• Knowledge of card payments, transaction processing, and client systems.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1–C2 level, written and verbal.
• Availability for rotating on-call support and US-hours coverage from 3 pm–11 pm IST.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial-services software and solutions programming, installation, certification, technical design, and presentation.
• ITIL, PMP, or equivalent certification.
