Procurement Operations Analyst, Buy-Sell Procurement

What you will do

• Operate and manage procurement processes in SAP.
• Reconcile procurement data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor system signals, data transmissions, process updates, and operational exceptions.
• Coordinate with ODMs, factory partners, IT, shared services, finance, logistics, and other global teams to resolve issues.
• Investigate complex production issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions and recovery.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify risks, gaps, and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent, with 1–2 years of post-graduation work experience.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required for speaking, writing, and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft Office skills required, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and data tools such as VBA, RPA, Python, or SQL.
