Senior IP Legal - Technology Transactions (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Review and revise agreement drafts supporting licensing and other contract functions.
• Negotiate technology licensing terms covering technology descriptions, usage rights, warranties, indemnities, and support provisions.
• Draft and revise agreements with technical insight into integrated circuits and semiconductor technologies.
• Handle agreements for process technology, custom silicon, EDA tools, processor-core and other design IP, and software.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on technology transactions.

Requirements

• LLB or LLM from an accredited institution.
• BTech or BE in Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Telecommunication, or Instrumentation and Control.
• At least 18 years of experience in the fabless semiconductor sector.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrated circuits, their applications, and semiconductor terminology.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology in-license and out-license agreements, EDA tool licenses, and development agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with typical application suites.
