Partner Service Delivery Manager (PSDM) with English and Spanish (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Manage operational matters and quality performance for assigned PPS channel partners.
• Set up new partners, educate them on self-sufficiency and engagement models, and deliver operational training.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner enquiries, owning issues and escalations through to resolution.
• Monitor partner financial warranty claims, accreditation metrics, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational improvements and support partners in achieving performance targets.
• Build close working relationships with assigned accounts and regional channel teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience working in a virtual team environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.
• Fluent written and verbal Spanish required.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, reporting tools, and data management.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of service delivery experience.
• Understanding of the channel partner business model.
