Quality Engineer (Semiconductor)

Develops and services materials engineering equipment used to manufacture semiconductor chips and advanced displays.

What you will do

• Manage the quality management system and ensure compliance through internal audits, external ISO certification audits, and supplier sourcing audits.
• Develop, apply, revise, and maintain quality standards for partially finished and finished products.
• Design and implement product and equipment testing and inspection methods.
• Identify systemic quality issues and drive continuous improvement across the assigned business unit.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management across regional business units and global factories to reduce quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Resolve quality and reliability concerns with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams across product development, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and planning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized quality or engineering discipline.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend quality and process improvements.
• Experience leading others in solving complex problems using analytical judgment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for explaining difficult concepts and influencing stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
