Engineering Project/Program Management

What you will do

• Lead commodity development, qualification planning, and execution for system integration.
• Own qualification matrices and track readiness across suppliers, platforms, builds, and product launch milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, procurement, ODM, and commodity teams to align requirements and deliverables.
• Identify supplier, qualification, and supply risks and drive mitigation plans and issue resolution.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, logistics, and critical deliverables for assigned engineering programs.
• Present status, escalations, risks, and resolution options to stakeholders and executive management while mentoring less-experienced staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3–7 years of experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning, people management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project management, project planning, schedules, milestones, risk management, and new product development.
• Experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban principles, process improvement, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, solve complex problems, and manage projects independently.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, automation, software development, and continuous improvement processes.
