TL;DR
Technical Project/Program Management ll (Supply Chain): Coordinating supply chain projects from planning through implementation with an accent on project scheduling, cost tracking, supplier performance, and process improvement. Focus on analyzing operational metrics, resolving real-time supply chain issues, managing dependencies and risks, and driving cross-functional execution.
Location: Kulim, Malaysia. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 25% of the time.

What you will do
- Prepare project plans and coordinate activities from planning through implementation.
- Manage project schedules, task details, trackers, dashboards, checklists, and progress reports.
- Track project costs, schedules, quality, and delivery performance for internal and external customers.
- Coordinate resources and align cross-functional teams to meet on-time and budget objectives.
- Interface with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, internal customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Drive data analysis, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and supply chain process improvement actions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including experience with supply chain metrics such as lead time, cost, capacity, and supplier performance.
- Structured problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven resolution of operational issues.
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Experience in risk identification, dependency management, mitigation planning, and multi-project or supplier-driven environments.
- Proficiency with advanced Excel, project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet, and ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
- Understanding of cost drivers, inventory, operational KPIs, and supplier performance against cost, quality, and delivery metrics.

- Lean, Six Sigma, or value-stream mapping experience.
