Supply Chain Program Manager (Risk Management)

Location: BangPa-in, Thailand; office-based with some travel

What you will do

• Monitor global events and establish systems to sense potential supply chain risks.
• Coordinate risk triage with supply chain teams and key suppliers, assessing impacts on revenue and operations.
• Lead impact assessments, senior-management communications, and cross-functional war rooms during disruption events.
• Develop and implement supply-base resiliency strategies, procedures, policies, and issue-resolution governance.
• Analyze risk-management metrics and provide recommendations through reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, legal, finance, IT, and suppliers while delivering stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance, procurement, supply chain, or operations within large global organizations.
• Experience with procurement and risk-management processes.
• Strong project-management, analytical, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and present to executives.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in BangPa-in, Thailand and support global teams with flexible hours.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Understanding of operational metrics and dashboard design.
