HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island, United States; support for sites in Attleboro, Massachusetts and Warwick, Rhode Island. U.S. Persons eligibility is required.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with site leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, organizational design, and change leadership.
• Provide full-cycle HR support and advise leaders on employee engagement, productivity, morale, and working relationships.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and conduct thorough, objective investigations.
• Guide managers on performance management, coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics and contribute to HR programs, policies, projects, and process improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and support regulatory compliance while reducing employment-related risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• At least 5 years of related Human Resources experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under 22 C.F.R. §120.15, including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
