Finance Analyst, VGS Capex

What you will do

• Produce and improve monthly capital expenditure reporting, metrics, analysis, and management commentary.
• Partner with VGS functions on financial and commercial planning and provide visual insights that support performance decisions.
• Act as project accountant for major programs exceeding $5 million, including business cases, procurement and RFP support, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and project closeout.
• Prepare and review investment cases and monitor actual project spend and outcomes against approved plans.
• Own the VGS capital expenditure forecasting process and support Project Managers with monthly cost-to-complete forecasts for projects exceeding $250,000.
• Support operating and strategic planning and improve financial systems, project reporting, dashboards, data structures, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Degree qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills, and work experience.
• Working toward a relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic business understanding, with the ability to generate insights that drive decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work onsite in London, United Kingdom.
