React Native Team Lead

Location: Remote from Poland, Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Lead the React Native development team and drive mobile innovation.
• Write well-designed, testable, and scalable code for mobile gaming experiences.
• Lead the full development cycle from sprint planning through release in collaboration with engineering teams and product owners.
• Manage release processes for multiple mobile applications built from shared codebases.
• Mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and manage technical debt and architectural direction.
• Implement AI agents and automation tools for code reviews and developer workflows.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in React Native, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Navigation, and MMKV.
• Deep understanding of monorepo architectures and building applications from scratch.
• Experience integrating external APIs, analytics, and payment gateways.
• Expertise in React Native Reanimated, push notifications, deep links, and universal links.
• Delivery-oriented approach, strong UI/UX attention to detail, and strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Unit testing experience.
• Native mobile development with Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
• Web development experience, particularly with Next.js.
• Experience maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines or Fastlane.
• Creativity in solving complex technical challenges.
