Technical Lead - Mobile (React Native)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile software development engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust mobile applications.
• Define technical strategies and evaluate technology stacks, tools, frameworks, and integrations.
• Drive engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and adoption of emerging mobile and AI technologies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements and compliance obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile or cross-platform application development.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience with React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, Expo, software engineering principles, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, mobile security best practices, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong leadership, project delivery, communication, presentation, and solution conceptualization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java, or other mobile and AI-related programming technologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online presence in the technology community.
• Expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, and natural language processing.
