Salesforce Systems Engineer

What you will do

• Administer and support the Salesforce platform, maintaining stability, data integrity, performance, and usability.
• Design and implement automation using Flows, validation rules, and other Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop agentic and logic-driven workflows that streamline user actions and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and support internal business users.
• Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify system improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to UAT, deployments, release enhancements, documentation, and CPQ configuration maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of Salesforce experience in administration, analysis, or technical support.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience with objects, fields, Flows, and validation rules.
• Exposure to automation or logic-based system design, including workflows, scripting, or low-code tools.
• Understanding of sales operations, approvals, and data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, AI-assisted coding tools, or process automation.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or active progress toward certification.
• Exposure to CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, ServicePath, Conga, or Oracle.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, or internal business-user support.
• Basic understanding of logic structures, APIs, or scripting.
