What you will do

• Manage the relationship and all key interfaces between hirify.global and its customers, ensuring strong quantitative and qualitative satisfaction outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business change programmes, coordinating with project, delivery, service delivery, and solution consulting teams.
• Ensure product and investment administration, custody, and technology support services meet contractual and hirify.global quality standards.
• Deliver revenue targets for implementation, enhancement, asset servicing, and service fees while maintaining account and committed FUM pipelines.
• Develop customer account management plans and support customers' strategic development and growth objectives.
• Manage customer audits, risk events, breaches, and regulatory reporting within contractual and regulatory timeframes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing customer service delivery, project delivery, or both, with a consistent record of positive customer outcomes.
• Experience delivering revenue targets and growing customer account value in a commercial environment.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and multiple projects across national and international locations.
• Strong people leadership skills, including developing and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and a self-directed working style.
• For UK roles covered by the Certification Regime, adherence to the FCA Conduct Rules and Fitness and Propriety Requirements is required.
