What you will do
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor cloud environments, respond to infrastructure alerts, and troubleshoot cloud and application issues.
- Support application and infrastructure deployments while maintaining and enhancing Infrastructure as Code and automation solutions.
- Apply cloud security practices, assist with patching and vulnerability remediation, and support reliability and availability objectives.
- Create technical documentation, operational procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting records.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and data teams on cloud platform improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure on Azure or another major public cloud platform.
- Experience deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and services.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or a similar scripting language.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
- Basic understanding of DNS, TLS/SSL, load balancing, firewalls, identity management, monitoring, and logging.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Azure certification such as AZ-104.
