What you will do

• Architect, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions using Azure best practices.
• Manage and improve Azure infrastructure across a complex multi-subscription setup, ensuring health, performance, and reliability.
• Develop infrastructure standards, automation, and self-service capabilities so engineering teams can manage their own environments.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot production-grade application infrastructure at scale (App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Container Apps, VM Scale Sets).
• Drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy robust automated systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to minimize downtime and service disruptions.

Requirements

• US-based remote role
• 8+ years of Azure cloud experience; AWS and GCP experience is a bonus.
• 8+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform and/or Azure Resource Manager (ARM)/Bicep.
• 8+ years managing Azure application infrastructure (App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Container Apps, VM Scale Sets) and designing/diagnosing production deployments at scale.
• 8+ years of production-grade coding for scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, and/or Golang.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
