Aftermarket Parts Planner

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work at the manufacturing facility in Voorheesville, United States

Salary: $31.68–$39.91 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus of up to $3,000

What you will do

• Coordinate spare parts orders across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, customer centers, and sales teams.
• Create and release purchase requisitions, manufacturing packages, and fulfillment documentation.
• Monitor order status, resolve delays, maintain backlog data, and communicate updates.
• Manage Net Invoiced Sales reporting, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.
• Support process improvements, technical documentation, quotes, bills of materials, drawings, and maintenance plans.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a similar function, or equivalent work and education experience.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft products and Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system or willingness to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
