ERP Operations Coordinator

Location: In person in Irvine, CA 92618, United States

Salary: $25–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Manage ERP user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Maintain accurate master data for items, vendors, customers, and bills of materials.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and support day-to-day transactions across internal teams.
• Perform CSV imports, data cleanup, and data accuracy checks.
• Test new ERP features, document findings, and maintain user guides and SOPs.
• Support user training and provide general administrative support while managing shifting priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Solid Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Working understanding of ERP processes and data management.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable learning new systems.
