Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Budapest, XI.; on-site Monday to Thursday and remote on Fridays

What you will do

• Set the product vision and develop a detailed roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and guide product improvements.
• Perform competitive analysis to evaluate market trends, positioning, and differentiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to prioritize development, launches, and adoption initiatives.
• Use analytics, A/B testing, user feedback, and KPIs to make product decisions and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience at a CRM-focused company and in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to build business models and justify investments.
• Experience building software products based on user needs and demonstrating strong user empathy.
• Experience working in complex technical organizations across global offices and in Agile environments.
• Excellent English and Hungarian communication skills.
• Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
