Software Product Owner (UWB Software)

Location: Brno, Czech Republic. Travel required: 11–30%.

What you will do

• Gather requirements from industrial, manufacturing, and healthcare users and convert them into UWB RTLS software features with acceptance criteria.
• Manage roadmaps for location engines, deployment management software, and mobile applications.
• Coordinate with development teams to build, validate, and release product features.
• Prioritize features, score value, allocate resources, manage epics, and define MVPs with product managers.
• Define user personas, empathy maps, user journeys, software mockups, and workflows with UI/UX teams.
• Support customer documentation, on-premise deployments, sales enablement, product training, and Agile program increment planning.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software development, product management, and/or software product ownership.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and both hardware and software solutions.
• Experience with on-premise software deployments and technical product specifications.
• Strong communication and technical skills for working with business leaders, developers, sales, customers, partners, and support teams.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; an engineering degree is preferred, with equivalent education and relevant experience also considered.
• Effective spoken and written English communication is required.
