Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, Texas, with in-office presence three days per week

What you will do

• Design and implement responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop backend microservices and scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with secure backend APIs while optimizing performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Deploy, operate, and optimize applications in production Kubernetes environments.
• Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, technical design, risk mitigation, monitoring, and continuous improvement using Agile and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience designing backend microservices in cloud-native environments and deploying services on Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience building or contributing to SaaS products and multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance, UX practices, API integration, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
