Recruiter with German

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role specifications and provide market insights.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Assess candidates, deliver qualified shortlists, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• German language skills required.
• Recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment with demonstrated success.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma.
• Must maintain an in-country presence in Germany.
