Transfers of Assets Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX; on-site Tuesday–Thursday

Salary: $59,000–$86,000 USD per year

hirify.global is building an AI platform for wealth professionals and partners with financial advisors to improve the delivery and accessibility of financial advice.

What you will do

• Review transfer documentation and confirm that requests are complete and in good order.
• Submit electronic and manual asset transfer requests and track them through completion.
• Contact contra firms and coordinate with internal teams and advisors to resolve transfer blocks.
• Research rejected requests, review reject reasons and memos, and resubmit eligible transfers.
• Prepare daily reporting and identify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
• Build internal and external relationships that improve the client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an Analyst at a financial services company.
• Understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, resilience, assurance, and creative problem-solving skills.
• A B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in the Dallas office Tuesday–Thursday as part of the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with ACATs or non-ACATs.
• Series 7 License.
