Transfer Coordinator (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid schedule near the Phoenix, AZ office; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $57,500–$67,500 base salary annually, plus eligible variable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end transfer journey from request initiation through successful settlement.
• Coordinate with advisors, contra firms, vendors, and internal partners to manage transfer activity.
• Research complex cases, resolve rejection reasons and NIGO items, and communicate with stakeholders by phone and email.
• Conduct daily audits, mitigate operational risk, and improve transfer workflows.
• Support training and cross-functional initiatives while maintaining accurate transfer procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ACAT, Non-ACAT, and DTC transfers.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, ownership, and customer focus.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
