Solutions Associate (Fund Services)

Location: Belfast, UK; hybrid

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to identify process, efficiency, and client-outcome improvements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and workflows.
• Design, enhance, and support workflow and low-code solutions for digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technology projects, and change programmes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the global Asset Manager Services business.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, or a similar role; relevant graduate internships or placements are also considered.
• Curious, analytical, and confident working with stakeholders across different teams.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in technology and business transformation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial services, automation tools, or low-code platforms.
