Production Control Expeditor (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Tempe, Arizona. US citizenship required.

Salary: $19.23–$30.29 per hour. For specific locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $23.80–$35.82 per hour.

What you will do

• Support space, defense, and development programs in partnership with Operations Program Managers, Production Planning, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end material flow across kitting, assembly, testing, inspection, and closeout for next-generation hardware.
• Work with Production Planning to reassess priorities and mitigate schedule risks across multiple programs.
• Report work-in-process status, rework and repair orders, and production obstacles.
• Audit kits for accuracy and completeness before delivery to manufacturing, and monitor floor stock and kanban signals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production control, production planning, or manufacturing.
• Strong organization, personal accountability, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow documented materials-management and handling instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• US citizenship required.

• Experience with electronic products and ESD-sensitive materials.
• Experience with Solumina and Oracle ERP systems.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
