Change and Release Coordinator

Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid working model with office attendance available at three Athens offices

What you will do

• Coordinate operational changes and releases across live service elements, including planning, resource coordination, version control, quality assurance, and risk reduction.
• Track and report Change and Release Management KPIs and ensure performance targets are met.
• Coordinate deployments and release optimisation with DevSecOps Engineers and other technical teams.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to implement system changes and releases.
• Support service transition into the business-as-usual model and help establish support models.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and third parties throughout the change and release lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or service delivery.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured change and release management processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher, plus Agile or DevOps and Project Management certification.
• Practical knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency with IT Service Management tools and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and prioritisation skills for multicultural, multi-vendor environments.
