Project Manager (Industrial Dismantling)

Location: Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece. Workplace: On-site

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver industrial dismantling projects according to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Lead on-site activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and equipment operators.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, procurement, variations, claims, change orders, and progress payments.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE legislation, permits, environmental requirements, hazardous-material controls, and waste-management regulations.
• Manage client, contractor, consultant, regulatory, and internal stakeholder relationships and resolve project issues.
• Maintain project governance, risk management, documentation, reporting, and continuous-improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or another relevant Engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of on-site project management experience in large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and site operations.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budget management, cost control, contract administration, variations, claims, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and environmental requirements for industrial projects, together with strong leadership, analytical, risk-management, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English; proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera and digital reporting tools.

Nice to have

• MSc in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in waste management, industrial dismantling, decommissioning, demolition, oil and gas, or similar heavy industrial projects.
• PMP or equivalent project-management certification.
• Experience with FIDIC or similar contractual frameworks.
