What you will do

• Acquire new institutional clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends, competitors, and product developments.
• Share client feedback with product development and collaborate with marketing and internal teams.
• Prepare sales performance and market insight reports for management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives or options sales.
• Proven relationships with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
