Relationship Officer - uBank

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates; work in mall or shift branches with morning and evening shifts, seven days a week

Salary: AED 5,000–7,000 per month plus incentives

What you will do

• Manage customer interactions and execute uBank banking transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve or escalate service issues.
• Identify sales leads and relationship development opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and retention.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions.
• Apply ADCB service standards in internal and external customer interactions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a uBank Relationship Officer or Virtual Relationship Officer role.
• Flexibility to work mall or shift branches, including Sundays, with one day off per week.
• Excellent English communication skills.
