Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; on-site
Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do
- Own manufacturing program outcomes, integrated plans, critical paths, dependencies, and build and ramp milestones.
- Coordinate Production, Manufacturing Engineering, MP&L, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, Facilities, Construction, and Engineering.
- Identify and resolve design maturity, supplier, tooling, facility, and material constraints.
- Translate engineering releases into readiness gates, build plans, and entry and exit criteria from prototype through production ramp.
- Ensure tooling, equipment, routings, work instructions, materials, inspection, testing, facilities, and workforce readiness.
- Manage engineering changes, operating cadences, risk registers, executive updates, and continuous improvement of manufacturing program practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program leadership, with significant aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience.
- Experience setting up facilities or production programs, especially in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong program execution and operational planning experience across engineering and manufacturing.
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.
- Offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Systems, or Operations Management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in aerospace or defense.
- Experience delivering production facilities and manufacturing readiness on aggressive timelines.
- Familiarity with NPI and manufacturing systems planning at scale.
- Greenfield facility development experience.
