Vice President, Chief Information Officer (AI)

Location: Onsite at the Redwood City, California office; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $285,000–$325,000 USD base pay annually, plus competitive compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, internal data systems, and cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Lead internal adoption of hirify.global agentic and generative AI tools.
• Manage information security, incident response, identity and access management, SOC reporting, FedRAMP, and related compliance programs.
• Scale IT support for Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and professional services through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, performance reporting, and strategic platform initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including VP of IT, SVP, or CIO experience at a publicly traded technology company.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, and IT security at scale.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML workloads, model deployment infrastructure, and cloud data governance.
• Experience managing FedRAMP or CMMC compliance programs; federal government customer experience is strongly preferred.
• Executive communication, presentation, cross-functional program management, and global IT leadership skills.

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with international IT operations and GDPR compliance.
• Experience supporting federal government customers.
