Senior Finance Manager (Financial Reporting)

Location: Remote, with candidates based in South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, or Uganda

What you will do

• Own monthly close, IFRS financial statements, and management commentary for a portfolio of group companies.
• Contribute to group consolidation across multiple entities and currencies.
• Maintain reporting to audit-ready standards throughout the reporting cycle.
• Run year-end audits end-to-end, including planning, auditor management, and resolution of technical accounting questions.
• Work with the Director of Commercial Finance, Head of Group Financial Reporting, and Group Financial Controller.

Requirements

• Qualified chartered accountant: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Extensive post-qualification experience in a high-performing Big Four practice or as an industry financial reporting specialist.
• Hands-on experience preparing IFRS financial statements and group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies.
• Proven experience leading audits rather than supporting another audit lead.
• Ability to work remotely with international teams and communicate clearly with executives.
