Senior Finance Manager (IFRS/Financial Reporting)

Location: Fully remote, or based from one of hirify.global's operating markets

What you will do

• Own financial reporting for a portfolio of group companies, including monthly close, IFRS financial statements, and management commentary.
• Contribute to group consolidation across multiple entities and currencies, maintaining audit-ready standards.
• Lead year-end audits for assigned entities from planning through completion.
• Manage auditor relationships and resolve technical accounting questions.
• Rotate across entities and support special projects such as funding transactions, new market entries, and technical accounting papers.

Requirements

• Chartered accountant qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Extensive post-qualification experience in a high-performing Big Four practice or as an industry financial reporting specialist.
• Hands-on experience preparing IFRS financial statements and group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies.
• Proven experience leading audits end to end.
• Ability to work remotely with international teams and write clearly for executive audiences.
