What you will do

• Own the accuracy and completeness of the balance sheet and P&L for designated business areas.
• Coordinate bottom-up budgets and re-forecasts with client teams and maintain finalized versions in the reporting suite.
• Prepare monthly flash results, revenue and gross profit reviews, management commentaries, and additional reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies, reconcile client billing based on estimates or media budgets, and raise adjusting entries.
• Coordinate payroll reporting, staff cost queries, tax submissions, operational expenditure, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with department heads and O2C/P2P teams to resolve financial queries and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing financial reporting across balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, monthly results, financial analyses, and management reporting.
• Experience with reconciliations, adjusting entries, payroll reporting, tax reporting, and audit preparation.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and work with delivery, HR, O2C, and P2P teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and business partnering skills.
