Senior Graphic and Motion Designer

Location: Aldgate, London; hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year + 25% bonus + equity

What you will do

• Own the creative output for hirify.global across Europe.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into culturally relevant creative ideas, storytelling, and brand content.
• Lead the regional creative function across all marketing channels.
• Create graphic and motion content hands-on for the region.
• Manage the graphic and motion designer, freelance talent, and regional creative delivery.
• Partner with regional marketing teams and the Global Creative Manager to align local work with global brand standards.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in graphic and motion design.
• Ability to develop creative ideas and deliver them through hands-on execution.
• Experience managing designers and freelancers.
• Ability to create strong, culturally relevant creative storytelling.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format with 3 days per week in the London office.
