What you will do

• Design high-quality static and motion assets for paid social and display campaigns.
• Build scalable creative systems, templates, and automated workflows for efficient asset versioning.
• Experiment with AI and generative tools to accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities.
• Collaborate with strategists and media specialists to ensure creative work drives commercial impact.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Iterate and optimize creative based on performance data and testing results.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in digital, graphic, or motion design with a portfolio demonstrating commercial impact.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Experience or strong interest in creative automation and dynamic ad platforms like Smartly.io, Celtra, or Bannerflow.
• Technical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Firefly, or similar generative platforms.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
