Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

  • Own monthly validation processes for print telemetry outputs, dashboard semantic layers, and usage/share reporting handoffs.
  • Partner with forecasting teams and business stakeholders on usage, share, installed base, product readiness, and release approval analyses.
  • Build and maintain automated processes for recurring validation, issue diagnosis, data quality checks, and decision support.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of discrepancies across sources, tables, dashboards, definitions, filters, platform coverage, and reporting timing.
  • Support ad hoc requests, escalations, and deep-dive investigations while coordinating intake and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with dashboard, data engineering, and business intelligence partners to improve analytics transparency and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 7–10 years of experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in exploratory analysis, root-cause analysis, metric design, data validation, anomaly detection, data lineage, and governance.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and reproducible analytical workflows.
  • Experience with Databricks and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, time-series analysis, applied statistics, documentation, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
