What you will do
- Partner directly with the CEO as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner.
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution and support executive communications, Board materials, planning sessions, and company-wide priorities.
- Build the operating cadence for the Executive Leadership Team, including executive meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, annual planning, and leadership off-sites.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks covering revenue, profitability, customer health, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, improve collaboration, and build scalable operating processes that support growth.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps while turning complex information into practical recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Corporate Development, or similar roles.
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Outstanding project management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
