hirify.global is a defense startup developing autonomous gun turrets that use computer vision and control systems to target small drones and loitering munitions.

What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for electrical components and machined parts.
• Build supplier relationships and monitor quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions.
• Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities.
• Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics while improving procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with procurement and supplier management for electrical components, including connectors, cables, wire harnesses, and PCBAs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
• Ability to meet occasional physical requirements, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting items up to 20 pounds.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with government procurement regulations such as FAR and DFAR.
