What you will do

• Build and manage supplier relationships, monitoring quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for electrical components and machined parts.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities.
• Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity of supply.
• Coordinate procurement activities with engineering, production, and logistics teams while improving procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management involving electrical components or machined parts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
• Compliance with government procurement regulations and defense-industry standards is required; familiarity with FAR and DFARS is a plus.
