WeLab Bank - Officer, Marketing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
• Research market trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.
• Prepare, analyze, and present regular and ad hoc reports on campaign results, portfolio growth, and business performance.
• Coordinate marketing projects with Product, Compliance, Operations, agencies, and vendors.
• Provide administrative support for cross-brand marketing activities.

Requirements

• Degree or above with at least 1–2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, media, or digital agencies is preferred, particularly in finance, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork, multitasking, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
