What you will do

• Develop and execute annual media plans with clear KPIs to ensure campaign success and brand alignment.
• Lead cross-campaign media planning and establish standardized SOPs for end-to-end campaign delivery.
• Leverage media analytics to generate customer insights and optimize online/offline touchpoints.
• Drive digital enablement by integrating martech tools and training teams on digital execution.
• Manage end-to-end execution of industry events and exhibitions to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and regional marketing leaders to ensure consistency with global brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marcom and digital campaign management.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful global or regional campaigns.
• Strong expertise in media mix optimization, digital channel strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in martech tools such as Google Analytics, SCRM, and marketing automation.
