Binance Accelerator Program - User Growth Operations (Web3)

Location: Hong Kong; work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the business team's work.

What you will do

• Support global marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, activation, trading growth, and retention.
• Help define campaign rules, task structures, reward mechanisms, user journeys, and campaign configurations.
• Execute campaign operations, including setup, UAT testing, page validation, reward distribution, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain campaign SOPs and operational documentation while improving workflows and best practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports covering participation, conversion, trading volume, ROI, and other growth metrics.
• Analyze user behavior across regions, channels, segments, and reward strategies to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; all majors are welcome, with marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, statistics, or business administration backgrounds preferred.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, growth, campaign operations, or Web3.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
• Current university students and recent graduates may apply.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or project experience in campaign operations, marketing, internet products, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the Web3 ecosystem.
• Additional language skills.
