What you will do

• Plan and execute global marketing campaigns to support user acquisition, activation, trading growth, and retention.
• Design campaign structures, including rules, reward mechanisms, and user journeys to ensure successful launches.
• Manage end-to-end execution, including setup, UAT testing, validation of pages, and reward distribution.
• Optimize operational efficiency by maintaining SOPs and documentation for campaign workflows.
• Analyze campaign performance and track key metrics like ROI and conversion rates through daily and weekly reporting.
• Identify user drop-off points and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred).
• Strong interest in digital marketing, growth, campaign operations, or the Web3 industry.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• English: Fluency (C1) required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
