Senior Lead Pricing Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product- and solution-level pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Define scalable pricing models, packaging strategies, and rate card structures.
• Partner with Product teams on pricing across product launches, enhancements, and commercialization initiatives.
• Support pricing simplification to reduce complexity and improve commercial consistency.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis covering pricing trends, customer needs, and market positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy, financial analysis, consulting, or a related analytical function.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience evaluating pricing strategies, market opportunities, profitability, and business performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, product-focused environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, wealth management, or broader financial services.
• Familiarity with payments concepts, transaction processing, pricing structures, and monetization models.
• Experience with product strategy, go-to-market planning, commercial transformation, pricing optimization, revenue management, or customer segmentation.
