Lead, Growth and Partner Operations (Fintech)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year for New York-based hires; ranges may differ by location.

What you will do

• Create executive-level presentations and tailored narratives for leadership, partners, strategic planning, and high-stakes meetings.
• Translate Growth strategy into operating plans, measurable objectives, and daily execution.
• Track strategic priorities, identify risks, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Coordinate collaboration across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, Research, and other teams.
• Maintain prospect coverage maps and establish structured communication frameworks.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve workflows, reporting, and operating cadence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, ideally in financial services, fintech, consumer lending, or credit.
• Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills and experience creating executive-ready presentation materials.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Highly detail-oriented with consistently accurate, high-quality output.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
